Our Coffee Process

Our coffee journey begins in Chikkamagaluru, where we source beans from multiple local farmers, each contributing to the character and balance of the cup.

During our visits to Chikkamagaluru, we connected with a humble and deeply knowledgeable local roaster, Ramesh Appa — a man who has spent decades understanding coffee, not through theory, but through daily practice.

Ramesh Appa handles the roasting for us.

He doesn’t rush the process.

He listens to the beans.Each roast is done carefully, keeping filter coffee in mind — preserving aroma, reducing harsh acidity, and maintaining balance. His experience and quiet dedication bring consistency to every batch.

Once roasted, the beans are brought to Nagpur, where we develop and maintain our own blends — fine-tuned to deliver a low-acidic, smooth, and high-flavour filter coffee experience.

We are not trying to reinvent coffee.
